The REFLEKS™ MDV Shutter is designed for particularly difficult
applications where oily vapors, airborne particlates or extreme condensation problems may
exist. The sensor head is exposed to the tank atmosphere for only a short period of
time that it takes to perform the inventory measurement.

The REFLEKS™ MDEN15 is a NEMA 4X rated enclosure that mounts at a remote location to the optical sensor head. The MDEN15 provides a waterproof enclosure for the optical receptacle that receives the reader unit cable connector. All MDEN15 enclosures include a mounting provision for the MDV shutter control cable.

The REFLEKS™ Power Packs are designed to be
external to the HP/MD reader unit. This enables the user to utilize multiple Power
Packs so that a fresh battery is always available. Power Packs come in two sizes -
PP1 and PP2. The PP2 Power Pack contains approximately 3 times the life of the
standard PP1 Power Pack.
