Phase Laser Systems, Inc. began development of the technology in the Summer of 1990 and was formally incorporated in the Spring of 1993.  Phase Laser Systems, Inc. is a closely held corporation with 100% of the stock being held by the founders, Michael and Joan Brubacher.
